History Camp Boston 2024

History Camp is a casual conference that brings together adults from all walks of life. The weekend includes 50 history camp sessions; tables for authors/history organizations and vendors; and special events (Friends Reception, historic site tours). Some of the witchcraft-related or 17th-century topics include:

  • The Coercion of False Confessions at the Salem Witchcraft Trials by Margo Burns
  • Genealogical Lessons from the 1692 Salem Witch Trials by Marilynne K. Roach
  • Why Do We Still Learn about Anne Hutchinson? by Lori Rogers-Stokes
  • Salem History Without Witches by Donna A. Seger and Brad Austin
  • Why We Love Pirates: The Hunt for Captain Kidd and How He Changed Piracy Forever by Rebecca Simon
